Refund and returns
In the unlikely event of goods being supplied incorrectly we are more than happy to replace and refund postage. All other returns by agreement only. We reserve the right to apply a 15% re-stocking and handling charge on cancellations. All damage or errors must be notified in writing within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be in saleable condition and in original packaging. Refunds will be limited to the invoiced value of the goods. We will not be liable for any consequential damage or loss. All warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase. All goods will remain the property of the supplier until paid for in full.
We respect the privacy of our customers. We do not share customer information with third parties.
We endeavor to dispatch all goods on same or next working day. Delivery is normally within 1-7 working days depending on goods and carriage method selected. For deliveries outside UK and Ireland, do not order online, please contact us . We pride ourselves in maintaining ample stock levels. In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery time and to confirm if you wish to proceed.
